⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I do not normally leave reviews, but I have to say I was genuinely impressed with the service John provided from start to finish.He was professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, which made the experience relaxed and comfortable from the moment we arrived.John gave us plenty of time to properly look over the vehicle and take a thorough test drive without feeling rushed. He also took the time to explain all the controls and features clearly, making sure we understood how everything worked before leaving.We were also given a very fair price on our part exchange, which made the whole deal feel transparent and straightforward.Nothing was too much trouble and he genuinely went above and beyond to make the experience easy and pleasant throughout.The car was prepared beautifully, clean inside and out, and it is clear John takes real professional pride in both the cars he sells and his business as a whole.Highly recommended and we would happily deal with John again in the future, hopefully very soon to see my model X.

Very knowledgeable Tesla seller.I bought a Model S and have been very happy with the service I received throughout. The car was well presented, clean, and all of the information was available to view.The purchase itself was straightforward and easy. Even after I had left, when I had an issue that was no fault of the seller (a puncture on the way home) John was extremely helpful and kindly contributed a significant amount towards the cost of a new tyre.A great experience. If you are looking to buy a Tesla, I would highly recommend John at Heathrow4x4.
