I researched for months to get the right first EV. I went with a Tesla model S from Heathrow4x4 Ltd. What a great seller this company is, John knows the Tesla model S like no one else. He took me right through the model, the functions, tips and forward maintenance I would require. The paperwork was on point, as was the whole buying process. Buying a Tesla with a folder of history, and the ease of ownership transfer, made buying from John a delight. I can highly recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a model S Tesla. The professionalism and care and understanding was all top notch. The car itself was better than expected, presented very clean and I was given plenty of time to inspect and test drive.

John and Sharon where great, John knew exactly what he was talking about and answered any questions I had and Sharon did the handover and picked me up from the station a really good family run business will be looking them up when I'm due to change!

I had a very pleasent experience dealing with John and his Daughter Sharon, both have great knowledge about Tesla's, and not just the one you are there to look at or buy, I even asked about the Fisker they have got and Sharon was very informative with that too. From start to finish I was kept up to date from John, even as far as to what app I needed to download and how to login and make sure everything is as it should be. Jihn also showed me around all the features to which there are many lol, it will take me a while to suss owt how I want it but John certainly gives you a great breifing on how things work. All paperwork, V5, service history and recipts where all done and waiting for me, I even got email confirmation or V5 change and John even put a years car tax on for me too. His daughter Sharon, his Wife and John himself are all so welcoming and warm towards you. I dare say I maybe back for another Tesla from them in the future, I know a good friend of mine is seriously thinking about getting a Tesla now and even possibly from John here at Heathrow4X4 Ltd. Again thank you John and Sharon 👍

Spoke to John several times and secured a Tesla with him. I can't thank him enough, made the experience so easy. On collection of car was made to feel welcome, test drove car and concluded deal wth a coffe. The best car buying experience from a man with great knowlege of Tesla.
