How refreshing it is to deal with someone who knows their product and goes above and beyond. I messaged john late Friday night about a tesla model s he was quick to respond. It's was a great and smooth experience buying from Heathrow4x4 the car was well prepared, cleaned and all the documents ready. I bought 10+ used cars in the past I consider myself a bit experienced at doing my diligence but with John everything was smooth and straightforward and on top he offered me top warranty with the main dealer to have a stress free experience. I can't recommend him enough and my next Tesla will definitely be with him

Just completed a purchase with John and the service was exemplary. He was able to answer all the questions we had about the models in general as well as specifics for the exact car we were looking at.We took two test drives with the same car and spent a long time both drives examining the car.Highly recommended dealer!
