I had a very pleasent experience dealing with John and his Daughter Sharon, both have great knowledge about Tesla's, and not just the one you are there to look at or buy, I even asked about the Fisker they have got and Sharon was very informative with that too. From start to finish I was kept up to date from John, even as far as to what app I needed to download and how to login and make sure everything is as it should be. Jihn also showed me around all the features to which there are many lol, it will take me a while to suss owt how I want it but John certainly gives you a great breifing on how things work. All paperwork, V5, service history and recipts where all done and waiting for me, I even got email confirmation or V5 change and John even put a years car tax on for me too. His daughter Sharon, his Wife and John himself are all so welcoming and warm towards you. I dare say I maybe back for another Tesla from them in the future, I know a good friend of mine is seriously thinking about getting a Tesla now and even possibly from John here at Heathrow4X4 Ltd. Spoke to John several times and secured a Tesla with him. I can't thank him enough, made the experience so easy. On collection of car was made to feel welcome, test drove car and concluded deal wth a coffe. The best car buying experience from a man with great knowlege of Tesla. I wish i would've found this company and met John before. I bought a Tesla Model S P100d from him, no nonsense or smarmy sales spiel, excellent agreed upgrade completed before pickup.The whole experience was how buying a car should be, thank you.

The best car buying experience ever. Drove down from Newcastle on what wss probably the hottest day of the year, to be greeted like royalty.The car was not as described...it was better, the attention to the car was evident and it was clear that the attention to detail, amazing reception and hoating wasnt because he had to it was because he wanted to and clearly loved being in the trade. After being graciously hosted by his lovely wife, the deal was done but I am still recieving amazing after care support because I am an idiot and cant use the app!!!! I love the car, will very likely upgrade in a few years, most definately use Heathrow 4x4

Definitely the best car buying experience we’ve had by far. John is very knowledgeable about Teslas. The car was priced fairly , in great condition with no pressure to buy, and he will give you as much time as you need to answer any questions. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I felt completely safe and secure with the payment process and transfer of ownership , not only that he took the time to explain everything clearly, especially since I had no prior knowledge about electric cars.John made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision.
