I wish i would've found this company and met John before. I bought a Tesla Model S P100d from him, no nonsense or smarmy sales spiel, excellent agreed upgrade completed before pickup.The whole experience was how buying a car should be, thank you.

The best car buying experience ever. Drove down from Newcastle on what wss probably the hottest day of the year, to be greeted like royalty.The car was not as described...it was better, the attention to the car was evident and it was clear that the attention to detail, amazing reception and hoating wasnt because he had to it was because he wanted to and clearly loved being in the trade. After being graciously hosted by his lovely wife, the deal was done but I am still recieving amazing after care support because I am an idiot and cant use the app!!!! I love the car, will very likely upgrade in a few years, most definately use Heathrow 4x4

Definitely the best car buying experience we’ve had by far. John is very knowledgeable about Teslas. The car was priced fairly , in great condition with no pressure to buy, and he will give you as much time as you need to answer any questions. Super nice guy as well, we will definitely be going back should we need to buy another Tesla. Thank you, Mark and Rebecca.

I had an amazing experience buying my Tesla Model X car from this dealership called Heathrow4X4 .Mr John provided excellent service—very honest, informative, and professional. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I felt completely safe and secure with the payment process and transfer of ownership , not only that he took the time to explain everything clearly, especially since I had no prior knowledge about electric cars.John made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision. I was very pleased to purchase a Tesla model S 1st Gen from Heathrow 4x4. The service and assistance was out of this world. I bought the car within a few minutes of John showing it to me. John was exceptional, he took his time to explain all of the basics to a Tesla novice like me and showed me a few tips to get the best out the car many features. I was a fan when they first came onto the market so a little biased but all in all I'm very happy with my purchase.

I am not sure where to start. Let's just say, this has been the BEST experience I've had buying a car from anyone. So I was looking into buying my first EV, a Tesla Model X, and was very anxious with many things and had contacted many dealers inquiring about their Model X. Most dealers, on autotrader either didn't know much about their tesla or didn't respond/took long. But the minute I messaged John, he sent me a text and was very responsive to any question I had. He then arranged a visit the same week to see the car and allowed me to test drive it. The car was in immaculate standard, in pristine condition and it drove like heaven for me. I told him immediately this is the car I wanted. John has a beautiful house and space where he sells all his Tesla's, and the entire transaction was SO SMOOTH and FAST. John offered me a very good price and assured me with everything I needed to know about the car, and also about Tesla. Since I didn't have any EV background, John literally knows everything. He's an expert and if I could summarise him in one sentence, it's; "Kind, top level customer service and not just trying to take your money." He's not just trying to sell you a car and make a quick buck. He has a passion for EV's and we had a good chat and I felt super confident with my purchase afterwards. He didn't offer to sell anything with the car, and made the whole process simple. If you wanted extra warranty, it's there. It comes with a 6 month free warranty too. Wanna buy it later? no worries. It can be used at Tesla services too. Might I just say, the standard that this guy has is second to none. He has gone out of his way to upgrade the MCU1 to MCU2 in the car for me, by reaching out to his Tesla contact. I am collecting the car in less than a week and he's going above and beyond to get this upgrade squeezed in with another scheduled service this week. John kept providing me with updates and screenshots of everything, kept everything REAL and is all around a pleasant and lovely guy to deal with.I'll be buying another Tesla from you in the future lol, and referring any of my friends.P.S, the Tesla's he sell are HIGH standard. It looks like he picks out quality Tesla's because the one I bought was a beautiful spec, with SC01 free lifetime supercharging. It is also a performance 90 D Ludicrous model with lifetime connectivity, enhanced autopilot, 22 inch alloys, tech pack +++ and a whole load of optional extras. He was selling another similar spec on his site when I was looking, but by the looks of it, he sells quality Tesla X/S's that are high spec and are in **most importantly** best condition.John has me on WhatsApp so I hope we can stay in touch if anything. Bought a Tesla Model X 90D from John at Heathrow 4x4. He couldn’t have been more helpful. A nice fella to deal with, and went the extra mile to help me with my purchase - including dealing with Tesla directly to get an MCU2 upgrade installed for me before collection. Would absolutely use again. 👏🏻
