This is a very belated review as I forgot. John was absolutely fantastic, honest with everything and so helpful on my first Tesla purchase. Initially I was a little scared buying an EV for the first time but John filled me with confidence. It's been 4 months now since the purchase and I'm still loving the car. After sales support also was great with also the chit chat info on WhatsApp with my ongoing new EV Tesla adventure.

An excellent car buying service from John at Heathrow 4X4! I am over the moon with the Tesla Model X I bought off him. John was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, I looked at the car on Wednesday & picked it up the following Saturday. John had all the paperwork & service history ready, he is a total professional. It was so nice to deal with someone who knows Tesla’s inside out! I definitely recommend Heathrow 4X4 to anyone.

How refreshing it is to deal with someone who knows their product and goes above and beyond. I messaged john late Friday night about a tesla model s he was quick to respond. I arranged a viewing for late on a Saturday evening he sells his vehicles from home this gave me the comfort knowing who I was buying from and where. It's was a great and smooth experience buying from Heathrow4x4 the car was well prepared, cleaned and all the documents ready. I bought 10+ used cars in the past I consider myself a bit experienced at doing my diligence but with John everything was smooth and straightforward and on top he offered me top warranty with the main dealer to have a stress free experience. I can't recommend him enough and my next Tesla will definitely be with him

Just completed a purchase with John and the service was exemplary. He was able to answer all the questions we had about the models in general as well as specifics for the exact car we were looking at.We took two test drives with the same car and spent a long time both drives examining the car.Highly recommended dealer!
