I bought a car from them , there was fault in there , John straightaway sorted out through the Tesla main dealer. He is such a great guy. Very good customer service. I strongly recommend them if you buying a Tesla . Great service 👍

From a speculative email I sent looking for a specific car to collecting my Tesla a few days later John couldn’t have been more helpful. The car was exactly as described, I was free to test drive without obligation and the sale process was smooth. John really knows his stuff and went above and beyond in making my move into Tesla ownership as easy as possible. Including help set me up on the Tesla app as the owner of the car and talking the time to pass on loads of tips from his ownership experience. I can’t fault the guy, when it’s time for me to change car again I will be back.

What a amazing experience. John and his daughter at heathrow 4x4 went above and beyond to make sure I was a 100% happy with the purchase my new bentley ( and I was) He made the car buying experience a pleasure from the first email, the first phone call and the first meeting. Recently bought my Model S from John and the buying process was first class, but more importantly was the way he dealt with a problem that developed with the car. John sorted the problem without quibble and was a joy to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend Heathrow 4x4 to anyone looking to buy a used Tesla.
